The traditional Polish sausage enjoyed throughout all seasons of the year. Fresh, uncooked and unsmoked sausage made from selected cuts of tender pork shoulder minced with pork fat and seasonings filled into edible pork casing. There are many ways that this sausage can be cooked including boiling, steaming, roasting, and baking. But the best way is to use it as an ingredient in soups, stews, casseroles, pasta and bean dishes
