This fine, smoked sausage is smoked on beechwood chips, imbuing it with a slightly spicy, smoky flavour. The tradional production process gives this sausage its full flavour and traditional appearance. This product can be used as part of a meal, but is also very suitable for a charcuterie board. This smoked sausage is a true Dutch favourite. There is a fine and a coarse variation available.
